1) Navy Day Celebration<\/p>\n

San Blas celebrates its seafaring tradition every <\/span>June 1st <\/b>with a lively parade and the traditional dance that gladdens all residents and visitors of our beautiful port.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) International Sport Fishing Tournament<\/p>\n

The first days of the month of June, the waters of San Blas are the perfect setting for <\/span>Sport Fishing <\/b>lovers, test your skills in this exciting activity along with the masters in search of <\/span>gold fish, sailfish and marlin<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

3) Boat ride through La Tovara and Kiekari Crocodile Preserve<\/p>\n

La Tovara <\/b>has an incomparable beauty throughout the year, but in summer, the rising waters provide an incredible show because everything looks greener and full of life, let yourself be guided by the <\/span>birdsong <\/b>and meet the impressive <\/span>crocodiles.<\/b><\/p>\n

4) Visit the Paraje del Rey and Cora Sanctuary<\/span><\/p>\n

If you come looking to learn a little more of <\/span>Traditional Cora and Huichol Culture<\/b>, we invite you to take a short boat ride to get to the <\/span>Paraje del Rey<\/b>, an almost deserted beach where the <\/span>Cora Sanctuary <\/b>is located and it is also the mythical <\/span>Haramara<\/b>, one of the Sacred Sites within the <\/span>Kupuri,<\/b> or the five cardinal points for the <\/span>Huichol People.<\/b><\/p>\n

5) The Stone of the Virgin<\/span><\/p>\n

A symbol of the beautiful beaches of San Blas is the <\/span>Stone of the Virgin<\/b>, a small rock off the coast where you can find the image of the Virgin of Our Lady of the Rosary (also known as <\/span>La Marinera<\/b>) patron saint of sailors; this rock is also an important ceremonial center of the Huichol.<\/span><\/p>\n

6) Salto del Cora<\/span><\/p>\n

The rainy season brings to this region the greening of its landscapes and the flooding of streams, providing the famous <\/span>Salto del Cora<\/b> greater volume to the spectacular <\/span>waterfall<\/b> where surely you will want to freshen up the heat.<\/span><\/p>\n

7) The Fort of San Blas<\/span><\/p>\n

Discover all the glorious past of this great colonial port that still retains its major buildings such as the <\/span>Fort San Basilio\u00a0<\/b>and the <\/span>Contaduria<\/b>, which also enjoys one of the best views in town with beautiful scenery surrounding it.<\/span><\/p>\n

8) Las Islitas Beach and Matanch\u00e9n Bay<\/span><\/p>\n

If you come with your family, we recommend visiting the beaches of the <\/span>Bay of Matanch\u00e9n,<\/b> as well as having incredible beauty, its waters are calm and shallow, ideal for young and old, with excellent options to taste typical dishes.<\/span><\/p>\n
