The most colorful party of the year filled the magical port of San Blas, Riviera Nayarit<\/strong> with joy, music and dancing. Here we tell you a summary with the highlights of the Carnival 2017<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Last Saturday night, on February 25th, the Main Square<\/strong> of this port was the scene to witness the moment when the beautiful young Dayane Coronel<\/strong>, received from the hands of our former queen Noemy Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, the crown that credits her as Queen of Carnival 2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Likewise, the coronation of the engaging\u00a0Javier as King of Joy<\/strong>, the smiling Dulce as Queen of the Sea<\/strong> and the charismatic Fernanda as Queen of Flowers;<\/strong>\u00a0the great atmosphere was spiced up by Banda La Recia<\/strong>, who made the locals dance until late at night.<\/p>\n

The next day on Sunday, February 26th, it was Perlita Alc\u00e1ntar’s<\/strong> turn to receive her respective scepter and crown, which made her the Queen of the Children’s Carnival<\/strong>, her tireless smile and presence on stage showed that she is already a star of this beautiful port. On his part,\u00a0Raulito Coronel<\/strong> was named King of Children’s Joy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday 28th, all the new sovereigns of this Carnival of San Blas<\/strong> edition, gathered from 5 pm to participate in the Magnum Parade<\/strong> through the main streets of the municipality, sharing the festive mood with all the inhabitants. Now the Catholic community is preparing for Lent<\/strong>, a period in which this lively port is also very important, thanks to its abundant fishery production<\/strong><\/a> and the variety of typical dishes<\/strong><\/a> based on seafood<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
