5 Places for Outdoors Workout in San Blas

1. The Legendary Pier

Nothing better than starting the day jogging along the famous San Blas Pier, we recommend you starting at the end of Juarez Avenue at the Estero del Rey and go all along the shore until you reach the Naval Zone, you will have a spectacular view of the sunrise and the Lighthouse.

2. The Ascent to La Contaduria

If you are looking forward to tone your legs, a good option is to go up the track that takes you to the beautiful Contaduria Mountain, for this, you should start near El Conchal jetty at the entrance of the village and take the Pantheon street, this road will take you up to the top, where your reward will be the stunning panoramic view.

3. Matanchen Bay

One of the favorite places for both locals and visitors, either for exercise or just to hang out, is the Matanchen Bay, along its 5 kilometers, it will test your endurance and the incredible scenery will be your inspiration to get all the way to the end.

4. San Blas Sports Unit

Located next to the baseball stadium, the Sports Unit has a running track where you can make your exercise routines and also enjoy a game of the San Blas Sharks, one of the best baseball teams in the region.

5. Road between La Bajada and La Palma

If you want a different experience and you’re a little more adventurous, we recommend going to the nearby community of La Bajada, which we mentioned in the Cycling Routes in San Blas and travel the road that connects it with the neighboring community of La Palma, these are a little more than 2 kilometers surrounded by natural beauty.
