Breaded, Scampi, Devil’s Sauce, in Ceviche or Aguachile, are some of the most traditional ways to delight us with the great taste of these crustaceans. In the magical port of San Blas, It will be a pleasure to serve you!

As mentioned in previous publications, fishery production in San Blas is one of the most significant for the state of Nayarit. This is not limited to what is captured in high seas, but also at the shrimp farms that abound around our town.

Some examples of these farms, are those located in the communities of La Chiripa, Chacalilla and Chinchorro, although nowadays, production is being threatened due to several reasons, it is vital to redouble efforts in order to keep up this important industry.

For this purpose, we must begin with both local and visitors awareness about the preservation of San Blas’ mangroves, so we can still relish these typical Riviera Nayarit delights. Here are a few samples:
